  • Results largely depend on individual goals, commitment, and current fitness level. Most clients start seeing noticeable changes within 4-6 weeks of consistent training, following the health and wellness plan, and proper nutrition. Other factors that may possibly slow down results are things like pre-existing medical conditions, injury, or lifestyle.

  • Absolutely. We believe in holistic wellness which includes the nutrition side. Our services include nutrition recommendations to complement your fitness program and help you achieve your goals faster. We do not offer meal plans, but will help in assisting you in choosing foods that your body positively responds to.

  • The health and wellness plan includes nutritional information, your personalized workout program, and ongoing support tailored to your specific goals and needs. As we progress, Maycee will continuously assess and adapt the plan to ensure that it aligns with your evolving requirements and challenges.

  • Progress is tracked through regular assessments, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining a workout reflection journal. Visible results usually appear in 6-12 weeks, depending on your starting point and commitment level. Remember, consistency and communication are key!

  • Just let Maycee know about any medical conditions or injuries, and she’ll design a program that takes them into account. To ensure your safety, we do recommend consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise regimen.
